One key factor for the Bank Indonesia (BI) to regulate the amount of loan to value (LTV) ratio mortgages (mortgages) and credit vehicles (CLA) is based on the determination of investment grade status for Indonesia.BI policy is issued as an anticipatory measures for the central bank to avoid the bubble as the occurrence of capital inflow."The investment grade status from Moody's and Fitch, the credit is expected to rise in line with the will of capital inflow in the year," said Head of the Directorate of Banking Research and Regulation Filianingsih BI in BI Building, Jakarta, Tuesday (03/20/2012).As is known, the central bank seeks to strengthen financial sector resilience by regulating the amount of loan to value (LTV) for Housing Loan (mortgage) and the Motor Vehicle Credit advances (KKB).This provision is based on Bank Indonesia Circular Letter dated March 15, 2012 No.14/10/DPNP on the Application of Risk Management at the Bank Lending Activity to Home Ownership and Motor Vehicle Credit.
